Kile hadn't been at his house (that wasn't really his house) in a while. But he was headed back there now on his bike. It was a nice two story in the middle of the woods, right by a private lake. He usually left the door locked but not all the windows so it was a wonder nobody ever ransacked the place, but he had no worries. Eventually he skidded to a stop when he arrived and chained up his bike before unlocking the door to go inside.

---
It wasn't far away from this house that a circle of light appeared above the lake and out fell a goblin-elf shouting before he made a light splash. The tiny hybrid swam to the surface, coughing the water out as well as glaring around at how he HAD to be sent to this place first.

He grumbled as he swam to the shore and shook to get the water out of his clothes and hair. Swishing his tail, he flung off some of the water as he looked intently at the house. It was modern so he supposed he was either on Earth or in some world similar to it. With a sigh, he pulled out a slightly damp notebook. Gib wrote down the coordinates to the world and spot he was in. Afterwards, the goblin-elf ran over to the house in order to get some clues of the type of creatures there. Nothing odd really thus far, but he climbed up the wall to the window to check it out even more so. He'd just slip in and then get out of there.

Nudging for the window to open, it was easy to do so he climbed inside and then leapt for the floor. He immediately ran for cover just in case behind a dresser...or a cabinet, while he kept his head out and inspected the area.

---
Kile unlocked the door and headed in, and closed the door back with a sigh, happy to be back and alone.... or so he thought. He walked to the kitchen and pulled out a jug of water and was chugging it when he happened to notice the very slight open window. He blinked and groaned, setting down the jug, quickly going to close it. "Ugh, dangit. I must've left this window open, hope nothin got in. I aught just lock all the windows so I'm not tempted to even open them again." he said which would probably be a total downer to certain goblin-elf folk as he walked around, locking the windows. Once he was done he went back to his water jug and put it away before starting upstairs but stopped, sniffing around. "Urggghhhh.... something made it in... but I can't tell what..." he growled to himself, sneering a little about the thought of rodents being in the house. After that he stomped upstairs to lock those windows too.

---
The goblin-elf sneered at how he wasn't going to be able to get out of there easily. Also...he could guess by how the bigger creature was sniffing that this wasn't just some human. 'Great,' his mind muttered as he walked out from behind the cabinet in order to realize it was next to a couch. Well, at least the place had plenty of places to hide in until the guy left and possibly opened the door. However, as Gib glanced over at a window in the kitchen, an idea popped in his head to just smash it and then leave. With that, he ran for the kitchen and managed to climb on top of the sink.

---
The goblin-elf's plan may have actually worked had it not been for thick metal mesh that covered each window on the outsides, but if he could get passed that then he was home free, but it wasn't long before Kile came back down and happened to notice the blonde hair and green shirt in the side of his vision.

"W-WHAT? JAMES YOU LITTLE RAT! HOW'D YOU GET HERE?!" Kile roared, mistaking him for the equally sized and tempered tiny at the main house. Although he didn't actually wait for a response before he bounded after the little guy.

---
Gib's eyes got wide at the shout from behind, to which he quickly looked back to see who was there and then jumped for the sink and then leapt to the floor awkwardly. That was a pretty long way down after all and he had to adjust himself quickly before running back into the other room and sliding under the couch. He was a quick little hybrid, but that was to be expected from a creature that had elf in it. Quickly, he shifted as far back so that the guy wouldn't try to grab him or something like that. He stared out beyond at the room with lightly glowing golden eyes that were similar to a cat's while his tail swished in anticipation.

---
Kile reared back a little at how fast he was and took a moment to gape a little before he just thought maybe he was the one getting slow but ran after him anyway.

He crouched down and growled but got quiet as his eyes panned over the small creature with his massive orbs of blood red eyes. He sniffed again and grumbled a little. "Wait... you aren't that pipsqueak back at the house... what the heck are you then?" He said in a manner like he assumed Gib couldnt talk. But as he spoke to himself, more or less, it could be seen he had rows of razor sharp pearly white teeth like a shark, and two rows of three gills on either side of his neck as he craned it to get a better look.

---
Gib gave a light hiss at being referred to as a "what" rather than being asked "who", yet he stopped hissing as he got a look at those extra features. By just a guess, the hybrid figured this guy was shark-related concerning what type of creature he was. Also, sharks were known to eat whatever ticked them off by coming into their territory. As far as Gib was concerned, he was in shark waters and he needed to get out quickly. He glanced side to side before he crawled a bit further back. There was no way he was going to get near Kile, yet the goblin-elf let out a growl in order to hint at how he needed to back off. Hopefully, the bigger guy would heed his warning.

---
"Cool it hisses. Hey, come 'ere little thing! I want a better look at you!" Kile said, not getting the threat at all because of his thick head. He did his best to scoot under the couch and reached out his arm, his hand swooping up after Gib. He was used to tiny things now so he had plenty experience catching them, so he used his strategy he always did and covered the left escape route with one hand while the right hand was scopping from the right exit so the only place to go would be toward his face or in his hands. A perfect strategy for catching tinies but so far he'd never tried it on a cornered animal (or what he percieved gib to be).

---
Gib panicked even more so but he tried to keep up the hissing. Calculating what was the best way in getting out, he glanced from side to side and then to those red eyes. He didn't want to hurt someone so soon but he would if he had to. Changing the hiss to a low growl, his forearms turned into gnarly, green claws with some nasty looking nails at the end of them. Suddenly, the goblin-elf made a run for the hand blocking one exit and then slashed his claw at the palm. He hoped it would work in getting him to move the hand long enough so that he could make a break for it and hide somewhere else that was better.

---
Kile hissed and granted Gib's wish, realing back but hit his head on the couch bottom but quickly landed back on the floor. He growled and backed out, sitting back. He licked the blood from his palm and waved it in the air. "Oooowwwch, what the heck?! You little punk! "

---
Gib didn't even bother to glance back at Kile as he bolted for the kitchen once again and scaled the sink to get back to the window. He tilted his head at the mesh beyond the glass, yet figured it would still be worth a shot to try to tear his way out. The goblin-elf curled his fist and then punched at the glass. He was thankful that at least his goblin arms were durable enough to handle such a material as well as being able to leave a slight hole and crack through the window. He pulled back his fist again in order to give another good punch to leave a big enough hole for him to get through.

---
Just before Gib could give it another punch, Kile's palms clasped around him in a tight grip, but not too tight. He very slightly opened his palms so he could try and see the little goblin elf.

---
In alarm at the sudden grasp, the goblin-elf let out a yelp and allowed the goblin side to slip away as he fearfully looked around. His claws turned back to normal yet they slightly made nicks as Gib tried to shoved the palms away.

---
Kile grit his teeth and opened his hands a little more. Above Gib was his two huge and curious eyes, but they didnt last too long before tightly gripped the back of his shirt and lifted the little guy high up to his face and twirled him every which way.

---
"H-hey," he yowled as he tried to slice out his claws at whatever he could frantically. "Put me down!"

---
Kile gasped and fumbled the little goblin-elf, but thankfully caught him.  "Oh you do talk! " he breathed.

---
Gib wasn't expecting to be fumbled around like he was some sort of toy, but managed to calm down his panic enough after being held a bit more securely. He golden glare shifted over to Kile as he growled, "Yes. Now put me down before I tear your fingers apart!"

---
It was easy to see the transition on Kile's face from surprise to anger. "You want to run that by me again, you little rat?" He growled, curling his fingers around him.

---
Gib sneered and was getting his hot-headed ways going. One of his claws turned green and disfigured once again as he set it threateningly on the clinched, giant fist. His words came out in a hiss, "You can't hear me with those giant ears, sharp-tooth? I said put me down or else I tear your nasty hand apart."

---
"You try one scratch and I bite your head off with my 'sharp teeth' you little vermin!" Kile hissed, bringing Gib a little too uncomfortabley close to his sharp toothed sneer. However he didnt keep him there for long. He looked at the clock and huffed. "You already wasted some of my day. Why not stay a while?" He furrowed his big eyebwrows angrily.

---
Gib struggled to get out of the fist when he was brought close while keeping his eyes shut. However, as soon as he felt the shift away from the face he opened his eyes and tried to push the fingers off. "I don't want to stay around! I have better things to do rather than let some punk shark do...I don't know what."

---
"If anything, you owe me a good game or two. Unless you want me to call the cops, or worse, the person who actually owns the place. Or I could eat you.... but thats no fun. You did break in, slice my hand, and brake a window." Kile raised the points and flailed the little goblin elf around in the air.

---
Gib knew he had a point, but that didn't change how he wanted to get out of there. He knew that he could probably get out of this world as soon as his teleporter was fully charged and ready to take him anywhere but there. However, he wasn't certain of how to get out of this situation currently. He yelped as he was being tossed around before he managed to shout, "I'm not gonna play your games and I don't care if you call the police on me! I'll be out of this world within the next few hours, so just put me outside if you're ticked off with me, punk!"

---
"Oh really? No kidding. I get to have fun for a couple hours huh? Guess I aught to make it good while I can then." Kile  grinned widely, and Gib could almost see the plots running though hiz head while he kept a smirk on his smug face.

---
However, the goblin-elf was not grinning one bit at this. "Enough of this," he grumbled right before he sank his teeth into Kile's thumb. Having those sharp canines were very useful and he just hoped it meant that the big guy would drop him.

---
Kile yelped and granted Gib's wish, dropping him to the floor. He immidiately stuck his thumb in his mouth. "Uuurrrmmm! Durm writtle phest!" He growled, starting to stomp after him.

---
With an "Unf~", the tiny boy landed on his hands and feet. He took off running for the staircase, climbing up it with some difficulty since he had to leap for each step. However, he still managed to be quick. Gib wasn't certain if it was quick enough, though.

---
Kile quickly stomped up the steps after him, going a little faster than Gib which ended up almost squishing him but he quickly moved and avoided him but it was pretty close. He snatched him up right after but continued up the steps to his gaming room.

TO BE CONTINUED...
